Return Policy


We hope you are very happy with your new purchase but if you do change your mind and would like to return your item our returns policy is within 14 days of purchase date. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We do require a receipt or proof of purchase for return of items. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the originally packaging.

Refunds can only be issued from your original payment method. A refund transaction paid by card can take up to 7 days to go back into your account.

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any item that has been paid on interest free finance.

Some of our products are individually handcrafted. The finish and colour may vary from the photos, with no two products being alike. There may be minor marks in the finish due to the unique handcrafted products, these are not considered faults as this is expected with handcrafted items.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns if you just simply change your mind. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

Whilst we do check to ensure that all items are packed securely, if on the rare occasion you do receive a faulty item please email us at within 24 hours of receiving the item.
